3. Payment Terms

All payment terms are detailed in your service agreement or proposal. Late payments may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original work created by us remains our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers as agreed in your contract.

5. Confidentiality

We will treat all proprietary client information as confidential. We expect clients to respect our confidential materials as well.

6. No Guarantees

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. All work completed up to that point will be invoiced and due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dayton, Ohio, United States.
